You can enjoy the beautiful sunsets from one of the many parks/piers located on the water, even in the colder weather, the sunsets are still stop-worthy! Paddleboarding, kayaking, jet skiing, boating – there is a water activity for everyone to enjoy.

The location of Avon Lake is extremely desirable in the fact that we are close to all of the shopping and dining amenities of the surrounding cities such as Crocker Park in Westlake and Avon Commons in Avon, but we do not have all of the traffic, and hustle & bustle that come along with it. We are also only 25 minutes from downtown Cleveland where you can explore some great restaurants and neighborhoods. Avon Lake also has its own great local businesses and restaurants that residents can enjoy. We encourage our tenants to support our local businesses and restaurants here as much as possible. Our Rockwood Living Local Community Discount Card was made for our tenants to be able to frequent these local establishments and be able to enjoy a discount while doing so.
