During these cold winter months, it’s hard not to miss the outdoors. One way to get your outdoor fix is to bring the outdoors in with plants! Having house plants can not only make your home cozy but can also help improve air quality, lower stress and anxiety, improve your mood, and can even improve your sleep. See some of the best indoor plants below!

  • Some of the best houseplants for improving indoor air quality and helping to reduce indoor air chemicals include; Spider Plant, Aloe Vera, English Ivy, Boston Fern, Rubber Tree.
  • Plants releasing oxygen into the air can help promote a more restful, deeper slumber. Some of the best oxygenating plants to add to your bedroom to increase sleep quality include; Snake Plants, Areca Palms, Money Plants, Chinese Evergreen.
  • Don’t get much light in certain areas of your living space? No need to worry there are plenty of ‘low light’ plants that thrive indoors. These plants do best with at least one window or some light nearby, but does not need to be direct Light. Golden Pothos, Spider Plant, Lucky Bamboo, Snake Plant, Staghorn Fern, English Ivy, Peace Lily.
